Single Station Configuration
OSi integrates two servers (1 database, 1 terminal server) into the existing network infrastructure. The end users connect to the application via Citrix (ICA Web Client) or Remote Desktop (RDP). The Terminal Server accesses the data on the Database Server. Print jobs are queued through the client's connection (RDP or ICA).

Multi-Station (Centralized) Configuration
OSi integrates an array of servers (1 database, 1-20 terminal servers) into the existing network infrastructure. The end users connect to the application via Citrix (ICA Web Client) or Remote Desktop (RDP). The Terminal Server(s) access the data on the Database Server. ASP (Hosted) Configuration
OSi hosts the database in our co-located Data Center. Client connections are made via Citrix (ICA Web Client) or Remote Desktop (RDP). Print jobs are queued through the client's connection (RDP or ICA). Disaster recovery plans include real-time backup to a secondary data center and backup RAS accounts.
