Shadow Support
Using Microsoft Terminal Server®, OSi support personnel are able to remotely control a user's session and administer on-screen support in real-time. Remote shadowing reduces costs of on-site support visits and delivers viewable solutions to your problems. Shadow support requires technical pre-requisites.
OSi eHelp
OSi eHelp is a revolutionary way for users to receive online support. With a valid eHelp account, users are able to search for frequently asked questions, post suspected bugs, enter system enhancements, view the real-time status of their items, see the latest system enhancements, and even pull reports.
