Roles:
The Systems Support Analyst will be responsible for, a s assigned by the Project Manager, performing analysis of internally developed web based client server applications, which were developed utilizing tools which include VB.NET, Java, C++ and SQL Server. Pursuant to system analysis, the Systems Support Analyst will be responsible for preparing and drafting conclusions regarding whether applications meet project goals and are compatible with other programs already in use. Integrating efforts with Project Manager and Senior Application Developers, investigate and resolve computer software and hardware problems and evaluate workload and capacity of computer systems to determine feasibility of expanding or enhancing computer operations. Modify, test, correct, implement and support existing programs. Understand research assignments, and study new standards. The objective of this role is to permit the practice of system supporting and analytical skills through practical industry standards and on-the-job training.
Potential candidates should be able to interact effectively with top management, quality assurance teams, developers, project managers, technical leaders, trainers and the support team.
